ESTATE ADMINISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE
My usual and customary consulting fee for estate administration matters (after a death) is $400/hour. However, on rare occasion, I may offer a fixed fee arrangement instead.
The initial consultation fee is $400 regardless of the duration of the meeting.
Please note that my legal services are limited to consulting and legal advice regarding your administration of an estate and/or trust. I do not specialize in litigation, nor would I represent you in a personal sense. My role would be to assist you as you interact in your capacity as Personal Representative and/or Trustee with financial institutions, beneficiaries, probate courts, attorneys, etc. In addition to providing consulting and legal advice, I can assist you with drafting of many related legal documents upon request.
Note: I do not accept projects where the estate is contested, litigated, or appears to be insolvent.
Note: Although payment by check or cash is always preferred, we also accept debit cards and credit cards (including American Express). Payment plans are available through a program called Pay Later sponsored by Affirm.
